We are transitioning from a digital world into an automated one, and this shift represents a huge leap forward. The real question isn’t whether companies should make the jump — it’s whether they want to exist in the future.
Too often, companies see AI as a technical change. It isn’t. It’s a management challenge. And the sooner leaders recognise that, the better.
Should you train your staff to use AI? Maybe. But honestly, I’d often say no. What really matters is having the right processes in place — processes where employees don’t even realise they’re using AI at all. Think about Google Maps: you don’t think about the AI behind it, you just use it. That’s very different from asking people to use Google Maps alongside a separate tool just to make it work.
In short, moving from a digital (or even analog) world to an automated one isn’t achieved by outsourcing the transition to your staff through AI training. Automation has to be built into the process first.
Sounds simple? It isn’t. You can’t move into an automated world if your processes weren’t designed for one in the first place. And yes, you still need to train your staff — but to work with the new processes, not just the technology.
This is exactly where we can help.
